Return Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Unboxing Video is mandatory. The customer will receive the demanded product within 7 working days after receipt of the parcel. Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Return Process

2. Obtain a return authorization number (RMA) from customer service.
3. Securely pack the items, including the original receipt and RMA number.
